The aim of the current research is to identify the academic justice of the university professor from the point of view of his students, and to identify the differences in the academic justice of the university professor according to the academic specialization (scientific-humanitarian), and to identify the differences in the academic justice of the university professor according to the variable of the study stage (second).

and the fourth), and the sample was chosen by the random stratified method with a proportional distribution, and to achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher prepared a scale to know the academic justice of the university professor, as the research community consisted of students of the (second and fourth) stage and from the disciplines (scientific and humanities) in the College of Education for Girls, Where the research sample was selected and amounted to (310) students, to apply the academic justice scale, which consists of (35) items, the apparent validity and reliability were extracted by re-testing the scale, and the researcher used many statistical methods, which are the t-test for one sample, the t-test for two independent samples, The researcher concluded that there is a high level of academic justice for the university professor, and the results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0, 05) attributed to the variable of human specialization, and there are also no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) according to the study stage (second, fourth), and in light of the research results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
