"Musarat* saling” is among the urgent issues that should be identified in the “Fiqh judgement” and Hdith.

It is tackled several times in the Prophet Mohamad's Hadith.

The research highlights the “Hadith” lexicon, which is linked to it.

It also sheds light on the religious scholar's different understandings of the told versions.

The study aimed to define “Tasriah” and to identify the lexicon related to it in “Hadiths” in order to conclude the religious scholars' opinions and to show the benefits that they have developed from “Hadith”.

The research is based on a deductive/inductive approach.

The research includes an introduction, five areas of focus and a conclusion.

The introduction deals with the subject importance, goals, methods and the data analysis methodology.

The first area of focus includes a definition of what is meant by “Tasriah”.

The second section deals with the Hadith fixed lexicon, which is related to “Tasriah”.

The third area of focus deals with determining the choice duration.

In the fourth section includes the religious scholars' opinion about “Fiqh” and “Hadith”.

The fifth section shows the benefits derived from “Hadith” and “Fiqh”.

The conclusion includes the most important findings.
