Electronic warfare is one of the most important topics on the international scene, because of the controversy it raises about the possibility of being subject to the rules of international humanitarian law in light of the privacy that it enjoys over conventional war, In this study, we will try to shed light on the concept of electronic warfare on the one hand, and the possibility of comprehensiveness of the rules of international humanitarian law for this type of war on the other hand, because electronic warfare is no less fierce than conventional wars in terms of effects and will be the most prominent future wars in light of the continuous technological development.
