The Algerian legislature has therefore preserved real estate vessels and prevented them from being attacked.

It has endeavoured to organize urban activities by imposing schemes, licences and administrative certificates through which the Administration can extend its control with a view to establishing civilized cities and eliminating anarchic abuses.
