Abstract EN

This study aims to recognize the level of educational quality performance of a primary school teacher under in lights of teaching competencies from the point of view of primary educations’ inspector.

The study sample involved 40 inspectors affiliated to the educational inspections of Wilaya of M’sila, which they were chosen in a comprehensive survey method, and they represent the original community of research.

In order for us to collect data, we use a questionnaire consists of three axes.

Each axe contains 26 indicators.

The questionnaire was handed to the sample in order to check the axes on reality.

For the purpose of verifying the study’s objectives, the later were analysed by social sciences statistical, and the results are the following: The level of educational performance of primary education teacher from inspector’s point of view in highlight of educational competencies is weak.

This result concern three educational competencies : course planning, course presentation, and course evaluation.
