This article aims to approach the concept of health commitment among a group of people with chronic diseases who are asthma patients, after the emergence of the new Corona virus and its spread across the world, by reading some studies conducted in different environments.

– Foreign and Arabic - about the extent of adherence to medical directives, as well as the level of control over the pathological situation of this category, after highlighting the basic definitions and concepts related to the variables of this subject.

Most studies has indicated height level of awareness and the health adherence of asthma patients during the Corona pandemic, and perhaps one of the most important motives behind adopting the healthy behaviors, is in order to prevent infection with the virus, as well as for the purpose of access to good control of the situation of the disease and to avoid serious complications.
