Abstract AR
سارعت فرنسا بعد نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية إلى تصنيع أول قنبلة ذرية، و وقع اختيارها على الصحراء الجزائرية لتجسيد مشروعها النووي.
قامت السلطات الفرنسية باجراء 57 تجربة و تفجير نووي بمنطقتي رقان بادرار و عين ايكر بتمنراست خلال الفترة (1960-1966).
خلفت تجارب فرنسا النووية أثار جسيمة على صحة الإنسان، و لا زالت معاناة السكان مستمرة بسبب انتشار الإشعاعات النووية و المواد الملوثة بالمنطقة.
اعتبرت هذه التجارب جرائم دولية، رتبت المسؤولية المدنية و الجنائية على الحكومة الفرنسية، و ألزمتها بتحمل أثارها القانونية و تعويض ضحايا هذه المأساة الإنسانية.
Abstract EN
After the end of World War II, France quickly manufactured the first atomic bomb, and chose the Algerian Sahara to embody its nuclear project.
During the period 1960-1966, the French authorities conducted 57 nuclear tests and explosions in the regions of Raqan in Adrar and Ain Eker in Tamanrast.
France's nuclear tests have had a serious impact on human health, and the population continues to suffer as a result of the proliferation of nuclear radiation and contaminated materials in the region.
These experiments were considered international crimes.
They established civil and criminal liability on the French Government, requiring it to assume its legal effects and compensate the victims of this human tragedy.
