The research aims to study what concerns the woman’s requirement to dissolve from the ritual ablution for the excuse of menstruation as the research came to explain the meaning of the condition its formulas* its ruling* the conditions for its validity* and the implications of the condition for its effects.* And for the enemy* and for the alimony to go out* misguidance and the like* then the discussion was about the requirement of menstruation* In this study* the historical dimension of the issue was studied* then its judgment was explained* then the research was concluded* and its most important results were presented.
