Abstract EN

The title of the research: (Promissory note: its jurisprudential characterization, excuting conditions, and its executive effects) and it included: an introduction, a preamble, and two chapters.

In the introduction: it touched on the importance of the topic, and its goals and the previous studies and the plan of the research.

The preamble included: two researches: the definition of promissory note, and related vocabularies.

The first chapter included the ahkam of promissory note with two researches: Jurisprudential characterization.

Its conditions.

The second chapter included: executive effects of the promissory note in law in comparison to jurisprudence which are 8 effects in 8 researches: execution request, and financial disclosure, distraint, enforcement, executive imprisonment, the execution on the legal person, distraint on the promissory note, the opening of a bankruptcy procedure, and then the conclusion which contains the important points.
