Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the distinctive capabilities of the creative personality available to managers working in sports clubs in the United Arab Emirates.

And the reality of job performance among managers working in these clubs, and finding the relationship between the distinctive abilities of the creative personality: (originality, intellectual fluency, mental flexibility, sensitivity to problems, maintaining direction or focusing attention, accepting risk, and the ability to analyze and link) and the level of job performance among these managers.

The researcher relied on the descriptive approach using the survey method, and the study was conducted on a stratified random sample of (370) individual managers working in sports clubs in the United Arab Emirates in the various technical and administrative departments of these clubs.

The questionnaire was used to collect the data required for the study, and the most important results of the study: The managers working in sports clubs in the UAE have all the distinctive abilities of the creative personality to a high degree, and they are arranged in succession according to their relative weight as follows: (the ability to analyze and link, accept risk, intellectual fluency, mental flexibility, originality, maintain direction or focus attention, sensitivity to problems).

The managers working in sports clubs in the UAE also have the elements of good performance, which are arranged according to their relative weight as follows: (specific policies and procedures, professional skill and technical knowledge, dedication and seriousness of employees and the ability to take responsibility, make sufficient effort, quality standards).

These results reflect the fertile ground for the good job performance of managers.

It was also found that there is a positive statistical significance at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the abilities of the creative personality (originality, intellectual fluency, and mental flexibility, sensitivity to problems, maintaining direction or focusing attention) and the level of job performance among managers working in sports clubs in the UAE.
