Secret marriage has recently spread remarkably among the various segments of society, especially young people, who are the true balance of every nation that aspires to advancement and development.

and this phenomenon would destroy the foundations of this nation, in addition to threatening the moral values and principles in society, and for this reason i resolved to address this phenomenon by research and study, investigating and tracing its causes and motives, reviewing its effects and risks, trying to find ways and means of treating or limiting it, in the light of islamic vision, this study aimed to identify the reasons and motives that led young people to the trend towards secret marriage, and the research also aims to reveal the extent of the link between the moral and behavioral deviations of young people and the weakness of religious faith, and then indicate the risks arising from these forbidden relationships, as well as the statement of preventive methods in islam, to reduce the tendency of young people towards secret marriage, the study found a close relationship between [family disintegration, absence of role models, absence of religious motives] and the desire for secret marriage among young people, and it also concluded that the correct legal marriage is the right way to build a healthy family, and that a secret marriage is different from a customary marriage, for customary marriage is a legal marriage that fulfills its pillars and conditions, but is not registered in an official document, as for secret marriage: it is an undocumented marriage that takes place by offer and acceptance between the two parties through a customary paper that is not carried out by an authorized person and is not documented in the real estate month, and this paper is signed by the young man and girl mostly without the presence of witnesses, and sometimes in the presence of witnesses with the absence of a guardian and the absence of a guardian announcing and publicizing this marriage, which is a void marriage by agreement of scholars, and I recommend the establishment of an official fund in every state institution under the supervision of the state to facilitate marriage for the needy in this institution, and a fund in every town whose aim is to play this role, I also recommended the establishment of centers concerned with family programs and youth involvement in social activities.
