Abstract EN

The study aims to determine the real level of achieving social welfare services justice according to digital transformation policy in its three forms : procedural justice-distributive justice-and compensatory justice.

this study belongs to descriptive analytical studies, and relies on the method of social survey of a sample of social care programs and services beneficiaries provided by the urban social units (6 units) in Fayoum center, and their number is 367 random, stratified individual) where the general framework of the survey reached 8359.

to collect data, the researcher has relied on a questionnaire “to find out the real level of achieving social welfare services justice according to the digital transformation policy in its three forms : procedural justice-distributive justice-and compensatory justice.

the study concludes that social welfare services' justice has not been achieved in accordance with the digital transformation policy in its three forms.
