The importance of construction projects has increased and has become a major role in economic activities, and contracting works take great interest in the modern era, due to the importance of facilities and the importance of working on their implementation, and their impact on the reality of human progress, due to the great role they have played towards promoting economic activity, whether in developed countries, or in countries with emerging economies; Due to the large size of the construction projects, it has become difficult for a single contractor to deal with all constructions.

For this reason, the contractor often resorts to the assistance of a subcontractor to carry out some of the contracting work.

Hence, the interest in studying the legal status of the subcontractor has increased, with its rights and obligations.

The subcontracting contract is nothing but the implementation of parts of the original contracting shop.
