Abstract EN

The study aimed to discuss the issue of suspending the implementation of administrative decisions in the Saudi and comparative system.

The descriptive analytical approach and the comparative method were used through a number of investigations and demands.

The study reached many results, the most prominent of which were: The appeal to administrative decisions to cancel in the Saudi system does not stop the implementation of these decisions Where it remains in force until the administrative authorities withdraw it or the competent court decides to stop it, and that the conditions related to the suspension of implementation in the Saudi system and judiciary achieve a kind of balance between the rights of individuals and the rights of the management authority.
