تسعى هذه الدراسة للكشف عن أهمية الخبز و مراحل ظهوره و مسمياته، و تعقب ألفاظه كما وردت في موروثنا الثقافي، من الأمثال، و المعتقدات، و العادات و التقاليد الشعبية التي ارتبطت به، و كشفت عن الدلالات التي نتجت عن توظيفه في موروثنا الثقافي الموصلي.
Abstract EN
This study seeks to reveal the importance of bread, the stages of its appearance and its names, and to trace its words as mentioned in our cultural heritage, such as proverbs, beliefs, customs and popular traditions associated with it, and revealed the implications resulting from its employment in our Mosul cultural heritage.
