تحليل بعض المتغيرات الكينماتيكية بمستويين مختلفين لداء مهارة الركلة الجانبية في لعبة التايكوندو

Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to analyze some kinematic variables with two different levels of turn kick in taekwondo (comparative study).

the sample consisted of two players who were chosen with black belt (4) Dan,(20 and 25) years, camera (Nikon) 5300 id, lens (18-55) mm, frequency 50.57 frame/ second used for shooting the skill at level of the chest and level of the head.

analysis with Kinovea 0.8.15.exe, measured some variables.

conclusions were, whenever the body angle semi-obtrusive, the total time of skill was less, the greater of the flexibility of thigh joint, the higher of the vertical distance of side kick and reach to the head level, when the player closed all the body angles the greater numbers of muscles share to move amount of motion.

the study recommended concerning of flexibility and muscle strength because they are important in the performance of side kick, and selecting the exercises that improve the muscle working in the skill to be similar to motor skills.
