Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the impact of salary and bonuses restructuring on the autonomous agencies performance as indicated by the balance score card.

to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used descriptive and analytical approach.

the sample of the study was collected randomly from (5) independent governmental institutions from the funding and investment sector.

the study revealed that existence of the effect is statistically significant at the level of significance ( α≥0.05) for total salary and bonuses restructuring on the performance of the autonomous agencies evaluated using the balanced scorecard card.

the researcher recommended that the civil service bureau should involve the independent institutions in the equivalent of the procedures related to the modification and development of the current salary scale in order to benefit from its experience in the field of human resources in a way that ensures linking salaries with purchasing power in the current economic conditions, and with outstanding performance to ensure the survival of outstanding employees and motivate them to provide their best skills in their work.
