Abstract EN

The study aimed at determining the predictability of the professional values of the responsibility of the field training students in the faculty of education at Mu'tah University, and the detection of the presence of statistically significant differences in the responses of students to the paragraphs of the study tool due to the effect of the gender variable.

the study sample consisted of (340) male and female students expected to graduate (163 students) and 177 students.

the results of the study found that all the professional values of the students came to a central level and that the highest values were the development of work, justice and incentives.

the responsibility was also in the middle as follows: national, then personal, and social.

the results of the study also found that the values predict 9% of the graduate students' responsibility.

the results also found that students do not differ according to gender in the values of power and the development of work, law and order, while they differ in the value of incentives and in the interests of males, and the value of justice and the work team and in favor of females.

among the most important recommendations that came out of the study is to spread a culture of the importance of professional values, to adopt them in practice and practice them behaviorally by inculcating and increasing values, especially the values of the work team, authority, law and order.
