Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the career pressures among physical education teachers in the directorate of education of Bosaira district in Jordan, and identifying the statistically significant differences in career pressures among physical education teachers in the directorate of education of Bosaira district according to the variables of (gender, educational qualification, teaching stage, teaching experience).

the researcher used the descriptive approach in its survey image due to its compatibility to the study nature and objectives.

the study sample consisted of (24) male and female teachers who were chosen randomly.

the questionnaire was used as the study tool.

after distributing the questionnaire and doing the statistical analysis using (SPSS), the results showed that the level of career pressures among physical education teachers in the directorate of education of Bosaira district was medium, and that there are no statistically significant differences regarding the level of career pressures among physical education teachers in the directorate of education of Bosaira district due to the study variables (gender, educational qualification, teaching stage, teaching experience).

the researcher recommended the necessity of conducting further studies addressing the surrounding economical conditions and their impact on teachers' performance at schools.
