The present study aimed to identify the degree of educational supervisors' practice of the patterns of path-goal theory in Marka district, from the teachers ’ perspectives, and to identify the level of professional growth for the teachers in Marka district in their opinion, and explain the correlation between the degree of educational supervisors’ practice of patterns of path-goal theory and teachers' professional growth.

the relational descriptive approach was used, and in order to collect data, a questionnaire was developed and it consisted of two parts, the first measures the degree educational supervisors ’ practice of the patterns of the path-goal theory, and the second measures the level of teachers' professional growth.

its validity and reliability have been confirmed.

the study sample was chosen by the random stratified method of male and female teachers in Marka district government schools.

the sample of male teachers reached (170) teachers, and (260) female teachers.

the results showed that the degree of educational supervisors' practice of patterns of path theory- the goal in Marka district was moderate in all areas of the study tool, and they also showed that the level of professional growth for teachers in Marka district was moderate.

the results as well showed that there is a positive statistically significant relationship between the degree of educational supervisors ’practice of patterns of path theory - the goal and the teachers' professional growth.
