Abstract EN

The research aims to know the role of climatic elements in the spread of eye diseases that invade human health in the province of Babylon, and to analyze the temporal and spatial variation in the number of injuries recorded in the districts of the province, depending on the data of eye diseases provided by consultants to hospitals (Al-Musayyib Al-Kabeer hospital, Al-Mahaweel hospital, Marjan hospital, Al-Hashmiya hospital) and for the period from (2016-2019) AD, and the relationship between the climatic elements and the accompanying changes and fluctuations and the spread of eye diseases in the study area was studied and did they actually affect making it take a specific temporal pattern in the study area with a statement of the distribution of eye diseases spatially according to the administrative units of Babil governorate (Al-Musayyib district, Al-Mahaweel district, Al-Hilla district, Al-Hashimiyah District), which witnessed (98,491) recorded injuries throughout the governorate, and the prevalence rate per (10000) people was studied, which showed an increase in its prevalence in Al-Hilla district and amounted to (717.848) per (10,000) inhabitants.
