Abstract EN

The research aims to identify : 1-the healthy convictions of those recovering from the corona pandemic disease.

2-the significance of the statistical differences in the sound convictions according to the gender variable (males, females).

3-psychological prevention for those recovering from the corona pandemic disease.

4-significance of statistical differences in psychological protection according to the gender variable (males, females).

5-to identify the correlation between sound convictions and psychological protection among those recovering from the corona pandemic disease.

research methodology : in the current research, the researcher adopted the descriptive correlative method, as it is the most appropriate method for this research.

as for the research procedures, they are : the research community consisted of (15,667) individuals, and the research sample of (600) individuals who recovered from the corona pandemic were selected by the random stratified method, for both sexes (males, females) with different academic achievement and ages, and the current research community is determined from the recovered virus (COVID-19) among state employees in the ministries of (education and health) for the year (2020-2021) in the center of Dhi Qar governorate, and after the researcher reviewed the literature and previous studies related to the research variables (sound convictions, psychological prevention), if he did not find the researcher is an appropriate tool for the research sample (recovering from COVID-19 virus disease), and the researcher built two research scales, and the healthy convictions scale consisted of (25) items, and the psychological prevention scale consisted of (30) items, and the psychometric properties of the two scales were extracted, and the data were analyzed.

statistically, using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), and the results showed the following : 1-those who have recovered from the corona pandemic disease have a good degree of sound convictions.

2-there are statistically significant differences in the sound convictions according to the gender variable and in favor of males.

3-those recovering from the corona pandemic disease have a good amount of psychological protection.

4-there are statistically significant differences in psychological prevention according to the gender variable and in favor of males.

5-there is a significant and positive correlation between the research variables (sound convictions and psychological protection).

in light of the research results, the researcher reached a set of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
