Abstract EN

In light of the changes that pervade our society and the problems it resulted in, students became unable to think and reflect on solving problems correctly, as well as the complaint of many teachers about the poor level of thinking among students in general, the reflective behavior works to develop societies and contributes to improving the abilities of individuals to face problems and enable them to adapt properly.

the current research aims to identify 1-the level of reflective behavior among distinguished students.

2-the statistically significant differences in the level of contemplative behavior among distinguished students according to the variable : a gender (males-females) b grade (fourth-fifth).

in order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher followed the approved scientific steps in psychological measurement to build the scale.

for the academic year (2020-2021), distributed according to the percentages of their presence in the original community, they were chosen by the random stratified method with a proportional distribution.

after completing the construction of the search criteria, the application was applied to the final research sample, which amounted to (245) male and female students, who were chosen by the same method, and the previous method, and the data was processed statistically, using the statistical package (SPSS), and the research reached a set of results, including : 1-the distinguished students possess a good level of reflective behavior.

2-there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) in the level of reflective behavior among outstanding students, according to the variable (sex -grade).

the research resulted in a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
