This study sheds light on the problem of linking law to sustainable development, especially in the aspect of African legal rapprochement, especially by downloading it to achieving sustainable development in the African continent, which is based on the cooperation of African countries among themselves in order to adapt their laws, in order to find a convergent legal ground that contributes to Enhancing the economic and social climate that supports the achievement of sustainable development, especially since the study comes in the form of reflections and expectations of what can be achieved in the African legal rapprochement workshops, and for the role that Morocco can play in leadership and coordination in this aspect.
