The internal political, security and economic conditions of some African countries, which have become fragile, failed or candidates for failure, have constituted conditions and factors for the intervention of foreign, regional and international projects trying to secure security and peace, due to the seriousness of the threats resulting from the repercussions of African crises, especially in the Sahel and Sahara on the one hand, And protect its renewed strategic interests in the region on the other hand, through trends deliberately drawing a new geopolitical map in the region, and thus intersection of the violence's trend related to the repercussions of the Libyan crisis and the Sahel and Sahara crises, and the violence's trend related to terrorism and crime, increased the presence of foreign interventions, and imposed Morocco's interaction, by virtue of its presence in crisis hotbeds, in planning a role that prevents the threat to its interests, security and its regional site and through them in the maintenance of the regional and international peace and security.
