Abstract EN

Moroccan foreign policy is subject a number of determinants, including direct and indiretct.

Its geopolitical location and cultural and religions factors play and impotant role in directing the foreign policy of the kingdom of morocco, in addition to the peculiarity of its political system, which is distinguished by monarchy that considers the field of foreign policy reserved for it.

As for the indirect determinants, they are diverse, the most important of which is the intarnational pressures coming from the various active forces in the international scene, not to mention the latter's permanent movement and change.

Many of these determinants menchoned, each according to its strength, influence the direction of the course of Moroccan foreign policy.

And the latter changes as much as the balance and strength of these determinants change, especielly with regard to the dynamics of international relations, which every time new regional and international players emerge, at a time when other powers are witnessing a decline or stability in their positons at best.
