Abstract EN

The joint authorship by two writers and more appears one of the innovative topics that are emerging in the Arabic literature, and in the Saudi literature in particular, It does not constitute a literary phenomenon in the Arab cultural environment, But it is a creative idea conscious, such way of authorship has been known since the fourth century AH, but it was frowned upon the Arabs, as we have preceded westerns by stages in this writing, whether at the creative or at the research level.

In this research an attempt to read some of the works that were published in the modern Arabic literature and Saudi Arabia, I tried to divide it into four sections: The full partnership, Equal sharing, Unequal sharing and Late partnership.

Although this type of writing falls within the self-writing, there are various entries to study these works that were between the novel, diaries, messages, most of which contain fragments of the self biography and creativity of the authors, and cast a shadow over the period of time in which these works were written, The Arab Library still needs more creative work in a variety of creative fields, e.g.

poetry, prose and critical studies that are interested in reading.
