Abstract EN

This research aims at studying the linguistic generative applicable aspects in the analysis of the literary text and attempts to develop (Chomsky) model in the generative grammar which qualifies it to describe linguistic texts in general and literary texts in particular.

the aim of the research is to discover the generative contribution in lingual literary criticism.

the first chapter deals with the syntactic and semantic premises in the analysis of the literary text such as the deep and superficial structures, transformation and generative redundancy bases ; while the second chapter is concerned with observing generative interpretive principles in text analysis such as the concept of linguistic competence and the emergence of the concept of literary competence out of it.

it also studies the benefit of linguistics of the text in the study of text harmony from the starting points of (Chomsky) in transposition and linking the derivation of sentences in their linear path with the mechanism of understanding the text and its interpretation.
