Abstract EN

Man did not come to this world to lead an animal-like life, but came to perfect human life.

if man is in search of valuable concepts such as gaining knowledge, charity, and so on, it is because he sees himself emerging from the world of perfection, and he sacrifices his animal desires to achieve these values.

one of the poets who clearly reflects human concepts in his poetry is Ahmad Shawqi.

In this descriptive-analytical study, the author intends to study human concepts in Ahmad Shawqi's poetry.

this article shows that Ahmad Shawqi, has used Quranic, and historical teachings and expressed them by applying fluent words.

in Shawqi's view, a society in where morality is deteriorating, should be mourned.

it is worth mentioning that in expressing moral vices, Shawqi speaks more about social harms and deals with the unfortunate consequences that appear in the light of this immorality.
