This article entitled "the postal system of the Umayyad state in Andalusia" deals with the definition of the post office as a pivotal device in the systems of governance and administration institutions during the Umayyad state era in Andalusia, where its administration is related to the order of the intermediary through which all royal correspondences are sent.
it is in this respect that the Umayyad rulers, both in the era of the emirate (138-316 ah / 756-929 ad) and in the era of the caliphate (316-422 ah / 929-1031 ad), gave him great care and attention.
they put a large budget for him and technical means-logistics-in which many of the equipment and employees proceeded according to an organized administrative ladder in which tasks and interests were graded, headed by the owner of the post office.
the owner of the news-who is appointed under precise conditions, because his tasks are in line with the nature of the strategic security objectives for the stability of the Umayyad dynasty in Andalusia and the continuation of its unity.
