Abstract EN

Fadel el Samarai is one of the linguists modernizers and interpreters who delved into the linguistic research, and he specialized in styding the rhetorical aspect to express the Quran by its language tools available which he learned for the sciences of language such as; grammar, morphology, semantic and rhetoric; continuing systems theory and its results and effects which the grammarians and rhetoricians are occupied with.

In this paper, we will represent Fadel el Samarai efforts in his study of Characteristics of Quranic expression based on systems theory and its relationship to semantics then its application in his writing by studying some grammatical phenomena from a rhetorical face as informative sentence, and the beauty of presentation and delay and deletion to stand at the and the features of his graphic method in analyzing Quranic texts to reach their significance and purposes.
