In this article, we will try to address the funerary monuments "lajdar" in Tiaret, according to the studies and reports of French researchers, and before that we will look at the historical and geographical framework of the site and then get to know the origin of the name, while touching on some attempts to date it based on historical texts and some researchers in this field, during our work, we will list the work of the French researchers, who are Azéma de montgravier in 1843, Setephen Gsell in 1901 and Roffo in 1938, by describing the architecture of these monuments in addition to referring to the inscriptions and writings that existed, and we will in turn comment on the description of these monuments and their current state, accompanied by pictures and charts.
