the importance of research lies in highlighting the thought of this thinker, that’s almost non-existent, as well as enriching Algerian philosophical thought, we have concluded that his reform contributions have resonated greatly inside and outside Algerian, which enabled him to strengthen the nation’s foreign relations what is his reform philosophy?
