Our objective of this study is to know the relation between the psychological hardness and the psychosocial compatibility and the level of psychological hardness and the level of psychosocial compatibility in the sample of the study, we used, a questionnaire of psychosocial hardness and a questionnaire of psychological compatibility, out of a sample of 141 women working in different sectors in 2016.

using the descriptive relational approach and after analyzing the data (SPSS), the results of the study indicated a relationship statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) between psychological hardness and psychosocial compatibility, and the study showed the level of psychological harshness of the working woman was high and the level of psychological and social compatibility with her was also student.
