This study explores a long history of organized labor struggle, which has accompanied the paid course of work since its inception, and was the safety valve that resets the relationship between workers and employers each time, and re-adapts it to allow for better work on better working conditions.

In this study, we worked to dismantle the awareness of workers in the era of paid work to carefully selected dimensions, through our knowledge and field background, and these dimensions have been chosen as reflecting the most important points of interest, and their understanding is an appropriate introduction to understanding the relationship between the worker and the employer in the context of the paid work relationship.
