Teaching performance evaluation .the research community and the philosophy and psychology teachers in the Qadisiyah governorate for the academic year (2020/2021), whose number was (102) teachers and schools, and the research sample chose a random sample from the original research community.

after the researcher was acquainted with the previous studies and the literature related to the topic and being familiar with it, she prepared the research tool, namely the hope of mercy form (42) as a teaching performance distributed among five dimensions of learning, and the researcher made sure of its validity after presenting it to the number of specialists in curricula, teaching methods, measurement and evaluation.
