Abstract EN

This study aimed to find out the extent to which some professional personality variables (sex, experience, scientific qualification) reflected on the working climate of the professor of physical and sports education for the middle level of education, where we relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum, while the sample of our research was in (58) professor of physical education and sports in the middle phase of the State of ain Ain-Defla, and we used a questionnaire form of 43 questions spread over three axes this study found statistically significant differences in the work climate of the professor of physical and sports education due to the sex change, as well as to the change in experience, as well as to the variable of scientific qualification.
