The difference and diversity of jobs stem from the different activities and tasks they include, it can be projected on the educational institution between administrative, educational or other jobs.

as far as this diversity presents the pattern of difference in professions, it shows a diversity of risks that accompanies each profession, thus the position of the teacher of physical education is not far from this circulation.

hence, the question arises: is it possible to identify and inventory these risks and describe them? this paper aims to propose a partial model of the work analysis questionnaire form, which can detect the risks associated to this job.

after a field work and following the methods of work analysis, the researcher has designed this part of the form as a tool that can be used to analyse the risks section in the position of physical education teacher for secondary education
