This study aims to identify the contribution of administrative performance in sports institutions and its relationship to the application of governance mechanisms in Algeria, in order to succeed in creating and activating an appropriate and positive organizational climate that would encourage the provision of a purposeful atmosphere that monitors ways of stability and stability for individuals, a questionnaire was prepared and analyzed through the statistical program SPSS, where 30 forms were distributed to the employees of the sports complex in Aflou, and the desired goal was reached.

we reached several results, the most important of which was that most institutions were interested in administrative development through various administrative stages, all in order to implement governance mechanisms, as the institutional framework necessary to establish its roots requires reforming many laws and regulations in force from organizing and making decisions.
