The study aimed to identify the difference between practices and non-practices of sports activities in the level of quality of university life, as the study sample included 24 resident university students divided into two groups, practicing and non-practicing sports activities, and we applied to them the quality of life measure, based on the comparative descriptive approach in the study.

one of the results of the study is that there are statistically significant differences between the practices and non-practices of sports activity in the quality of public health among female students of residence
