This research aims to introduce one of the most beautiful and largest cities in the western basin of the Mediterranean-Yul Caesarea (Cherchel), which was considered during the reign of King Yoba II the most magnificent of cities, thanks to the expansion of its urbanization and the immensity of its fortifications.

an area of eighteen (18) hectares, which is similar to the city of the nineteenth century AD, and this area occupied by this city during the era of "Yoba II" also made (Gsell St.) classify it as the second city in North Africa after Carthage.

in this intervention, we want to introduce the archaeological city "Yul Caesarea", which was considered one of the most magnificent Roman cities in North Africa, by shedding light on the most important historical stations that this city went through, and identifying its most prominent monuments.
