hence, protecting the digital consumer in the field of banking and financial transactions has become one of the major challenges pursued by most contemporary legislation, such as the Algerian legislation, by developing strategic plans to confront crimes involving electronic payment methods, in order to ensure safety in the electronic exchange of banking data and the transfer of financial values enhancing confidence and wide turnout among its customers.
