The present study identifies and defines the Mazoni family and the period in which they lived, showing their social rank and mentions the most prominent judges and their role and attitude from the judiciary and the call to reform it in the mentioned period.

it also presents an image about the reality of the judiciary and judges, as well as society, and shows some of the manifestations, behaviors and deviations that affected the judiciary and negatively affected society.
