Abstract EN

This research paper aims to shed light on E-learning and its reality at the university of continuing training and what are the challenges to be reached, as the continuing training university was a pioneering institution for the application of E-learning in Algeria, whether in the trainings it provides to employees from different departments or academic students, where it went and in a pioneer in Algeria went to training in the first and second phases in the bachelor’s and master’s degrees from a distance, starting from the university season 2021 / 2020, and one of the results reached, that the university of continuing training should encourage and develop awareness of E-learning, modernize and renew the infrastructure of E-learning, to form frameworks concerned with by E-learning.
