This study aims to highlight the role of social responsibility dimensions in achieving occupational safety, considering that social responsibility is one of the most important duties of institutions, we conducted a field study at the Sonelgaz foundation in Tissemsilt; we used the descriptive approach in order to identify the various dimensions of social responsibility and how it works to improve working conditions within the organization and improve workers' lives.

for this purpose, we prepared a questionnaire distributed to the study sample.

the study concluded that the institution is exercising its social responsibility at the internal and external levels by creating a suitable work environment for workers and ensuring their professional safety inside and outside work.
