With the official opening up to Islamic banking in Algeria by issuing legal regulations and allowing traditional public banks to open Islamic windows, which is considered a preliminary step for the traditional banks to practice Islamic banking, which has proven its efficiency and rapid growth across the world, where the applicable regulations found an effective way to mobilize deposits and finance investments.

in our study, we will analyse the most important challenges facing Islamic windows in Algeria, from a lack of legal framing and central bank support, in addition to the lack of specialized tires in this field and the problem of Shariaa bodies.
