The aim of the study was to highlight the investment activity of cooperative insurers in the light of their practical realities, to highlight the principles of investment in them, and to review the problem of the risks to the investment portfolio and the most important methods used to reduce, manage and prevent risks, applying to the Tawuniya company, depending on the annual reports and the implementing regulations of the investment.

the study found that cooperative insurance companies adopt governance and investment mechanisms in Islamic financial engineering products, thereby maintaining liquidity to meet liabilities and maintaining the company's survival, reputation and development.
