تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر التنشئة الاجتماعية للمقاولاتية في الحد من العراقيل السوسيوثقافية للعمل المقاولاتي لدى عينة من أفراد المجتمع بولاية سطيف، وبالاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) لتحليل إجابات أفراد العينة، حيث تم نشر استبيان إلكتروني في مختلف مواقع التجمعات والمجموعات التي تضم هذه الفئة، وتم الاستجابة من طرف 105 مفردة في الفترة الممتدة من 9 / 11 / 2021 إلى 23 / 11 / 2021، لكن تم الأخذ بعين الاعتبار 100 استجابة بسبب البيانات المفقودة: وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن معالم التنشئة الاجتماعية للمقاولاتية هي فعلا منتشرة ومدركة بين أفراد المجتمع بولاية سطيف، لكنها لا تسهم في الحد من العراقيل السوسيوثقافية للعمل المقاولاتي.
Abstract EN
This study aims to determine the impact of the socialization of entrepreneurship in reducing sociocultural obstacles to entrepreneurial work among a sample of community members in Setif, and by relying on the statistical package (SPSS) program to analyze the answers of the sample members, where an electronic questionnaire was published in various forums and sites of groups that include this category.
a 105 responses were received in the period extended from 09 / 11 / 2021 to 23 / 11 / 2021, but only 100 responses were taken into account due to missing data.
the study concluded that the features of the socialization of entrepreneurship are actually widespread and perceived among the members of the community in Setif, but they do not contribute to reducing the sociocultural obstacles to entrepreneurial work.
