Islamic financial markets are one of the basic components of the financial sector; which represents the backbone of economic development, especially in Islamic countries, this study aims to present proposals for the establishment of an Islamic financial market in Algeria in line with Islamic law, by identifying the opportunities available for its success, the obstacles that prevent its establishment and the challenges it faces, with reference to some international experiences.

the study concluded that Algeria needs to establish an Islamic financial market in line with the rules of Islamic law, by problem and obstacles it faces.
