This study deals with the issue of Israeli takeover of palestinian Arab water sources throughout identifying the significance of water in the Arab-Israeli conflict.

in this context, the study will refer to the most important strategies adopted by Israeli authorities to control palestinian and Arab water resources, the position of water sources in political negotiations between the relevant parties.

moreover, the study examines the stance of international law towards the Israeli robbery of these sources.

additionally, the effects of Israeli water policies on palestinian and Arab water security will be discussed.
